Spiced Peaches

Drain syrup from 1 large can of cling peach halves. Combine syrup with 3/4 cup dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1 stick cinnamon. Boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add fruit and cook 5 minutes. Stick 2-3 whole cloves in each peach. Put peaches in bowl and pour syrup over and let stand.

Interessting addition of vinegar..... gives a bit of a tang I bet. I think I'll try these. :)
