Banana Whips

Makes 2 smoothies

2 bananas
1 cup milk
1-2 T. honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon (if desired)
1 cup ice cubes

In blender, place bananas, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until icy cold. Pour into two serving glasses.

Can use frozen bananas. Add 1 cup frozen banana slices in place of one regular banana.
