It seems there is always someone claiming that some food is either good for you or not good for you on a daily basis. And it seems to change all the time. How many times have you heard that butter is good for you? And bad too? With all the talk out there, who can you trust?
For myself, I notice that even though it's quite confusing who to believe, there are always a group of people that say the same thing and it's what I've adopted into my lifestyle.
Eat fruits and veggies.
Eat whole grains.
Eat free range meat.
Stay away from processed foods.
Eat foods in their natural state.
