Pour through sieve over container.
Squeeze with spoon to get most liquid out.
Put pulp in strainer bag and squeeze to get more liquid out, Hang bag to air dry for 20 hours.

Blend liquid with 1/2 papaya or other fruit.

For those who need calcium but don't drink milk.

Shrek Juice
We enjoyed this tasty drink at a friend's house. Need a juicer to make it.

Put all through juicer:
2 apples
2 cucumbers
1 organic lime whole with peel and all.
1 handful of spinach leaves

Now, I just need to get myself a juicer so I can enjoy this yummy drink again!

p.s. When it was made for us, the lime was not peeled. I suppose it helps to have an organic lime.
